works on either a straight/buy out fee or a small deposit fee plus box office
split. All productions are fully self contained, insured, conform to all
Health and Safety regulations and in possession of all necessary copyright.
The company supplies overprinted posters, handbills, adverts on our website
and in our national, number one, theatre programmes for the event. Please
note our open-air season does not commence until 27th June and runs through
to 6th September, Indoor dates bookings taken between March and June, then
September through to early December.
All our productions use seasoned professionals, detailed period props,
costumes and sets which are sympathetic to their surroundings. We carry our
own light and sound equipment - all tested.
Basic Show Information and Requirements.
Set up – 5 hours prior to show, 3 Hours outdoors.
Get out – immediately after the performance.
Normal crew requirements and one theatre technician (not required for outdoor
performances).
All our electrical and sound equipment is tested and conform to all health
and safety regulations. We are fully insured – up to 5 million. Evidence
of insurance supplied when booking is made. We are risk assessed and we have
a strict health and safety policy. All policy information is available when
a booking is made.
We use only trained and experienced professional resident performers. All
publicity material is included, we supply press releases and will make available
the cast or director for interviews or photo shoots, whereever possible.
Cost
The company works on either:
- A small guarantee plus box office split basis: £700 (excluding V.A.T.) plus a 50/50 box office split.
- A straight buy out fee.
The straight buy-out fee consists of:
Indoors - Week day = £1,250 (excluding V.A.T.).
Weekend - £1,400 (excluding V.A.T.).
Outdoors - Week day - £1,600 (excluding V.A.T.).
Weekend - £1,750 (excluding V.A.T.).
With all box office receipts then being retained by yourself as the promoter.
